Part of an integrated new construction design team for the Low Income Housing Intitute (LIHI) to provide comfortable, affordable housing for low-income and homeless seniors. Located in the historic fishing neighborhood of the area, elements of water and boats can be found throughout the architectural, interiors and landscape design elements of the project.

This project also houses the second location of the Urban Rest Stopshowering & laundry facility for the area's homeless population.

programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, custom millwork, research on specialty finishes, specification of finishes, lighting, plumbing & appliances for the public, amenity and living spaces
