Part of a new construction design team for the Low Income Housing Intitute (LIHI) to create elegant, fresh and family-friendly living and amenity spaces. With beautiful views of Seattle from Bellevue, the idea of framing the view evolved into the project concept of framing important elements.Throughout the project these frames can be found, sometimes in the details, of the public and amenity spaces.
